Currently, I have flexibility to start sessions within the same week, or following week. Given most of my clients work during business hours, I have limited evening hours available for working individuals and parents with busy schedules.
I do not accept insurance, but I can provide monthly superbills for you to get potential reimbursement from your insurance company.
A sliding scale is a reduced fee appointment that is reserved for clients that are experiencing financial hardship. I hold a limited number of sliding scale rates to make therapy accessible for those who may not be able to afford the standard rate. If you would like to inquire about current availability, please mention this when reaching out for a consultation.
During this call we will identify what your needs and goals are for therapy, and if we would be a good fit to work together. This gives you an opportunity to get to know about me and my services before committing to full sessions. We will also discuss scheduling and rates to ensure that it aligns with your needs.

A typical therapy session is about 50 minutes long, but can be extended to 90 minutes if needed. I also provide "intensives" which are 4 hour long sessions for couples that need extra support.
No, services will not be provided to anyone outside of CA. This also means that when working with a couple, both individuals must be in the state of CA in order to have sessions. I am only licensed to work with residents of California.
