I use an integrative approach to ensure that therapy is individualized to your specific needs and goals. I derive tools and interventions from The Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). My approach is psychodynamic, meaning I will also look into your childhood and past life experiences to understand how they have shaped you and how you show up in your current relationship.
